Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten

The Kindergarten program for Black Oak Mine includes both a one year program and a two year program. The one year Kindergarten is for those students who turn five by Sept. 1, 2025 and who are developmentally ready for a traditional Kindergarten (K) program. The two-year Kindergarten is one year of Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and a second year in traditional Kindergarten. The TK class is designed to serve students who who will have their fourth birthday by September 1, 2025 of the school year.  All students begin school in August.
